Our company specialises in packaging solutions for the fashion industry, offering products ranging from luxury gift boxes to e-commerce paper bags. This year, we participate in the DeLuxe PrintPack Hong Kong to showcase our eco-friendly coatings and plastic-free packaging options. During the fair, we have connected with new buyers across diverse industries and regions, with a primary focus on expanding into the Middle Eastern and Australian markets. On the first day of the fair, we’ve already collected a variety of potential new clients. We spoke with an American client who was very interested when they heard that we have factories overseas. We aim for orders valued at approximately USD 500,000 USD this year. We plan to continue our participation and expand our booth size from 2 to 3 booths next year, enhancing visibility and business growth opportunities.

Our product line is mainly focused on premium, high-end, world-class packaging. This is our first time joining the fair and we’ve been impressed not only by the scale of exhibitors but also by the significant boost in brand exposure. We expect to contact hundreds or thousands of buyers, primarily from Mainland China and some international countries. We are projecting growth of around USD 1,000,000 in annual business from the fair as we already have 5 RFQs roughly totalling up to USD 100,000 from Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong, including a project from an international five-star hotel group.
Regal Pack
The fair featured a wide range of sustainable products, including luxury options such as skincare and perfume packaging, as well as ribbons, alongside practical everyday solutions like food and beverage packaging. I placed an order worth US$80,000 with one supplier and am optimistic about future collaborations. Additionally, I made an initial order of US$40,000 with another supplier for heat-expandable cups, which has the potential to grow significantly, possibly reaching US$1 million.
Bespoke Packaging
My main objective of the fair is to find new industry and market trends, new technologies, and potential suppliers. The fair showcases a variety of luxury or high-end packaging designs for cosmetics and skincare, perfume, and food-item products. I’ve already identified a few suppliers for specific projects, including cake box packaging and ribbon jobs. The annual orders are expected to total around USD 250,000, and we will be doing a USD 10,000 quotation immediately after the fair with 2 potential suppliers. The Click2Match platform is useful for scheduling meetings and streamlining planning.
